NEW POLL: Moore and Perdue Deadlocked at 40%

National polling firm SurveyUSA released a new poll today showing that Richard Moore and Beverly Perdue are deadlocked with each candidate taking 40% of the vote.

40% Moore
40% Perdue
3% Nielsen
17% Other / Undecided
