Hometown turns out for Moore

Oxford, NC.--Hundreds of Richard Moore’s hometown supporters turned out to help Richard launch his campaign for governor this week.  With his high school as a backdrop and surrounded by friends and family, Richard announced his candidacy in a speech that highlighted his small town roots and his “fix it” approach to government.
